The Boatable platform connects owners and tenants to facilitate co-sailing or boat rental, as well as managing payments between users. The Services are accessible on the Boatable website via the following addresswww.boatable.org, also available in other user-selectable languages. Boatable's mobile application is also available on the App Store and Google Play. The Services offered are described in detail in Boatable's Terms and Conditions of Use, which can be consulted at any time on the platform. Boatable is responsible for the processing of personal data collected during the use of its Services and its site, by any means of connection. By registering on the Boatable platform, you accept the aforementioned processing of personal data and also guarantee the accuracy of all data that you provide to the Service.

2.1 BOATABLE DATA

Registration data

Owner data

If you want to rent your boat on Boatable, you will also need to provide additional information (data of the owner) to the registration data: -Type of the boat -City of location of the boat -Port (optional) -Yard of the boat -Model of the boat -Type of charter (with or without captain, without captain, with captain) -Permitted capacity -Base price per day -Photo The owner can choose to include additional information to more precisely describe his ad such as: length of the boat, width of the boat, draft, engine power, recommended capacity, number of cabins, number of beds, cancellation policy and check in / check out times. This data is not mandatory when using our Services. The messages exchanged onboatable

Boatable has the possibility of consulting the messages exchanged between users via the site or the application to prevent fraud, improve the Services offered, help users and also verify that the General Conditions of Use are respected by each user. Payment data is processed and stored by our suppliers, Stripe, according to the regulations in force in the e-commerce sector.

Public data

Personal data made public with your consent (such as a boat valuation following a charter) will be considered public data on the Boatable website and its application. The public data is: - Name - Ratings received and dates Other data (if indicated) is likely to appear, such as city of residence, age, nautical skills, licenses held, etc. Boatable uses this public data to connect users to each other.

Navigation data

Information is collected and stored in our database (hosted on Goodbarber Web Services) each time you use our site or application. This data is used to continuously improve the quality of our Services and develop new features. This data is also used to prevent fraud through automatic detection systems. Application data
